Mediation services are available via in-person and remote methods. Mediation begins at 9:00 am and is scheduled for an entire day unless otherwise agreed to by the parties and confirmed by the mediator.

The fee is billed hourly and includes preparation time (i.e. reviewing submitted materials), and time spent in mediation. Travel time is not included if within the Portland metropolitan area. If travel beyond that is required, then time spent traveling will be billed at half the hourly rate.
